Develop leadership skills to effectively manage department heads and staff. Assist in planning, organizing, and directing all departments within the facility. Promote a positive work environment and strong team culture. Assist in managing the facility budget, including labor and operational expenses. Learn financial reporting, billing process, and cost control measures. Support census development and occupancy goals. Learn and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state and federal guidelines. Assist with survey preparedness and participate in inspections and audits. Understand and implement facility policies and procedures.
