This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the university's largest and most visible auxiliary enterprises. The Executive Director will oversee a $93M housing operation, lead a talented team, and help shape the future of campus housing as UCR expands from 10,000 to 14,000 on-campus residents by 2035. The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience in university housing operations, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership. The position is responsible for creating exceptional residential experiences while supporting a mission-driven institution that serves a highly diverse student population, including many first-generation students. The Executive Director serves on the Auxiliary Services Senior Leadership Team and provides executive oversight for housing administration, occupancy management, financial planning, strategic initiatives, and daily operations. The role leads a department supporting approximately 25 career staff, 100 student employees, and four direct reports, overseeing a housing enterprise generating approximately $93 million in annual revenue.
