Provide strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for the planning, implementation, compliance, and evaluation of federally and state-funded programs designed to support students in high-need schools and communities. Ensure that grant-funded initiatives are aligned to district priorities, instructional improvement, equity goals, and federal and state requirements. Oversee major funding streams including Title I, Part A; McKinney-Vento Homeless Education; Concentration of Poverty Grant; School Improvement Grants (SIG/CSI/ATSI/TSI); and federal block grants, ensuring effective use of resources to improve student outcomes while maintaining full compliance with Federal Cost Principles, Uniform Grant Guidance, Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), and state regulations. Provide leadership and support to schools in the planning, coordination, and administration of educational options and instructional technology services including magnet programs, online learning, and career and technology education programs.
