About The Position

Provides leadership and coordination for the internal operations and management
of The Education Foundation headquarters. Works collaboratively with the
Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) leadership to manage a variety of
initiatives and projects. Identifies, writes, and applies for grants and funding
opportunities in a coordinated and systematic manner. Performs independently and
collaborates within teams, on multiple research and evaluation projects covering
a variety of educational issues. Provides consistent, visible leadership that
fosters strong relationships with the school system and business community.
Performs other duties as directed.
