Overview The Executive Director, Global Commercial Proleukin leads the global Proleukin business and sets its long-range strategy and operating priorities for the United States and international markets, including licensed and unlicensed countries. The role is accountable for business performance and coordinates commercial plans with Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to support growth, customer needs, reliable supply, and compliance. The Executive Director advises senior leaders on business results, major risks, spending priorities, and growth opportunities and represents Proleukin in leadership reviews and decision-making forums. The role requires sound judgment in a highly regulated environment, strong scientific knowledge, and a clear understanding of the market for oncology therapies, including hospital-administered products. The Executive Director also determines staffing needs, develops leaders, supports succession planning, and sets clear expectations for team performance and collaboration.
