The Executive Director, Experimental Medicine – Immunology will provide leadership for early clinical development and experimental medicine within the Therapeutic Area (TA). This role focuses on advancing proof-of-concept studies and supporting global development plans. The incumbent will contribute to shaping clinical strategy and ensuring scientific rigor in early-phase programs. This role will drive operational excellence and foster collaboration across functions to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes aligned with TA objectives. The Executive Director, Experimental Medicine influences portfolio progression and scientific reputation but with a narrower enterprise impact compared to VP level.
