The Opportunity This executive role leads the end‑to-end strategy for driving credit card balance growth, optimizing pricing decisions, and delivering accurate, insight‑driven forecasting that informs enterprise financial plans. The position is responsible for shaping and executing growth strategies across the customer lifecycle; owning APR, fee, and promotional pricing frameworks; and developing forecasting models that incorporate portfolio trends, macroeconomic conditions, and competitive dynamics. Success in this role requires deep cross‑functional partnership with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Analytics to align decisions with profitability, compliance, and customer experience goals. The executive will serve as a key voice in senior leadership forums, guiding strategic portfolio decisions, monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring timely course corrections. Additionally, the role provides leadership and direction to a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, and customer‑centric strategy execution. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
