Responsibilities
Provide direction and oversight of Payroll systems and Benefit administration systems within overall ERP systems. Liaison with IT, HR and other internal and external stakeholders.
Lead various teams and projects within Department and wither other internal and external stakeholders.
Develop system requirements for overall improvement of system and meeting senior management expectations for Payroll and Benefit Administration systems.
Develop and maintain major process workflows within department.
Regularly develop and run data reports. Interpret data and trends. Recommend improvements to improve district operations.
Gather data, project cost trends and assist in department budget development.
