We are seeking an Executive Creative Director with exceptional conceptual prowess, an innovative mindset, and proven team leadership skills to shape the future of medical congress experiences. The ideal candidate will have HCP marketing experience and an agile start-up mentality to support our evolution and growth.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of creative leadership in experiential, advertising, or hybrid environments.
  • A conceptual thinker with a track record of building integrated experiences across congresses, exhibitions, installations, or multi-platform brand campaigns.
  • A dynamic storyteller and presenter who inspires confidence and brings big ideas to life.
  • A strategic and inventive problem-solver with entrepreneurial energy and a passion for shaping what’s next.
  • A natural mentor committed to developing creative talent and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • An MLR navigator who understands the challenges of balancing bold ideas with a strict regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to creative direct across 3D design, graphic design, UX/UI design and copywriting
  • Strong communicator with diplomacy skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead 360° creative development across experiential environments, scientific engagements, content narratives, digital touchpoints, and onsite activations.
  • Drive conceptually strong, insight-led creative platforms that push boundaries across structural design, interactive engagements, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Champion innovation by merging experience design, technology, and creative strategy to deliver modern and measurable medical-congress solutions.
  • Own the creative vision across multiple accounts—ensuring ideas are strategically grounded, flawlessly executed, and aligned with client and business goals.
  • Mentor, inspire, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and fearless creativity.
  • Partner closely with Client Services and Strategy to translate business needs, scientific narratives, and audience insights into integrated creative ecosystems.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and pitches that articulate conceptual thinking and ignite client confidence.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients as we partner with them to grow their brands.
