Executive & Corporate Communications Manager

PAR TechnologyNew Hartford, NY
$80,000 - $88,000Remote

About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled communicator and content strategist to own two interconnected programs at PAR: executive presence for our senior leadership team and PAR’s corporate social channels. You’ll be the primary ghostwriter and content engine behind our executives’ public voices — and the person responsible for making PAR’s brand show up consistently and strategically across social. This is a high-trust, high-visibility IC role. You’ll work closely with executives and their teams, partner with PR and marketing, and build systems that keep content flowing without requiring constant hand-holding from leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in corporate communications, executive communications, or content/social strategy — ideally in a B2B or public company environment
  • Proven ghostwriting chops; you can write in someone else’s voice and make it feel natural
  • Strong editorial instincts — you know what earns attention on LinkedIn and what gets ignored
  • Experience managing executive relationships with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics — product, financials, strategy — into clear, human narratives
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple executives, channels, and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and executives

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or restaurant/hospitality tech is a plus, but not required
  • Experience supporting a public company or working through earnings cycles is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and organic growth levers is a plus, but not required
  • Light design skills (Canva is sufficient) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build monthly content themes tied to company priorities, product moments, and market narrative
  • Lead social and content strategy for PAR’s executives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, POV pieces, event commentary, intro content, and reactive posts that authentically reflect each executive’s voice
  • Mine internal meetings, interviews, earnings calls, and briefings for content opportunities
  • Manage a lightweight exec content calendar with a consistent publishing cadence
  • Coordinate review and approval workflows with each executive, their chief of staff, or admin
  • Repurpose PR moments, events, product launches, earnings, and speaking appearances into executive content
  • Partner with PR Manager on bylines, press release quotes, and thought leadership angles
  • Own and manage PAR’s corporate social channels — primarily LinkedIn, with presence on X, Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business priorities, audience segments, and brand voice
  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar that integrates executive content, product news, culture, and customer stories
  • Track and report on channel performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize accordingly
  • Coordinate with demand gen, product marketing, and PR to ensure social reflects key moments and campaigns
  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, mentions, and brand interactions in a timely, on-brand way

Benefits

  • equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics
  • reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws
