About The Position

Azurreo is an international operations and services company supporting business activities across multiple functions and regions. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and technology-driven environment where organization, accountability, and operational excellence are highly valued. We are currently looking for an Executive Coordinator to work directly with the CEO and support cross-functional operational coordination across different teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Administration. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional looking for strong career exposure, operational growth, and direct involvement in leadership activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Reporting and presentation preparation, AI productivity tools (ChatGPT and similar platforms) and Basic project coordination practices
  • Comfortable learning and working with internal ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Diplomatic and professional in communication
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fast-learning and adaptable
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information professionally

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and documentation for leadership discussions.
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure follow-up on action items and priorities.
  • Support the CEO in maintaining visibility across operational activities and ongoing initiatives.
  • Track ongoing initiatives, internal tasks, and deadlines across teams.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure operational priorities remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and execution.
  • Assist in improving internal coordination and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain organized documentation across shared digital workspaces and internal systems.
  • Ensure operational information, reports, and processes remain structured and accessible.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and executive presentations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support related to internal processes and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with reporting, coordination, and organizational follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization initiatives.
