Groom Law Group is seeking an experienced associate to join our successful tax practice group focusing on executive compensation matters. Requirements
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
- Relevant 4-7 years of executive compensation experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Exceptional writing ability.
Responsibilities
- Support the firm’s Plan Sponsor group and work on compliance-related matters involving non-qualified deferred compensation plans and other executive compensation programs subject to 409A.
- Provide general support for our work on qualified plans such as 401(k), profit-sharing, traditional defined benefit, and cash balance plans.
