This role will report to the Executive & Equity Compensation Director and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The role involves supporting executive compensation and equity programs, providing market insights, and ensuring effective and consistent program administration.
