About The Position

Genesys is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation & Equity Partner to support the administration, analysis, and governance of compensation programs for their Vice President and above population. This role will report to the Executive & Equity Compensation Director and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The role involves supporting executive compensation and equity programs, providing market insights, and ensuring effective and consistent program administration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of compensation experience, including experience supporting executive compensation and/or equity programs
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and compensation program administration
  • Experience working with equity compensation programs and related analyses
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support market benchmarking and competitive analysis for VP+ roles
  • Assist with evaluating executive pay positioning and compensation program effectiveness
  • Prepare analyses and reports to support executive compensation decisions and annual compensation planning activities
  • Monitor market trends and emerging compensation practices
  • Support the administration of executive and broad-based equity programs
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Stock Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactions
  • Prepare equity analyses, including grant tracking, dilution reporting, and scenario modeling
  • Maintain equity program documentation, guidelines, and process materials
  • Assist with equity-related communications and education materials
  • Partner with the broader compensation team on initiatives related to job evaluation, job architecture, and global career frameworks
  • Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures and salary ranges across global markets
  • Participate in compensation projects that improve program effectiveness, consistency, and scalability
  • Support executive compensation disclosures and reporting requirements
  • Support compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and compensation governance practices
  • Maintain accurate compensation and equity data, documentation, and records
  • Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and data requests as needed
