The Executive Compensation & Equity Associate plays an important role in supporting the administration, reporting, and operational execution of equity and compensation programs. With a primary focus on equity administration, executive compensation operations, and data integrity, this role helps ensure programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with governance and compliance requirements. Working in close partnership with the Compensation, Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, this position contributes to the execution of key processes, supports reporting and analysis, and helps maintain the operational foundation for equity and executive compensation programs. This role offers a strong development opportunity for a high-potential professional seeking to build deeper expertise in equity, executive compensation, and broader Total Rewards operations over time. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, operational rigor, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion, along with the ability to manage sensitive information and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
