About The Position

Textron is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to support broad-based and executive compensation programs across the enterprise. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational compensation expertise while gaining exposure to executive compensation processes and senior leadership materials. The Executive Compensation Analyst contributes to the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that support competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices across multiple business units. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, prepare analyses and materials, and support compensation-related decision-making. It is well-suited for a detail-oriented, analytical professional looking to grow their experience in total rewards and compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems or reporting tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting information clearly
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, incentive administration, or related work preferred
  • Exposure to executive compensation, equity, or regulatory reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of broad-based and executive compensation programs, policies, and processes
  • Assist with annual merit and incentive planning activities, including market pricing, salary structure analysis, and job evaluation support
  • Support the administration of long-term incentive awards, including data preparation, grants, option exercises, dividends, and payouts, while ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to support pay decisions and program administration
  • Maintain, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Perform data analysis, modeling, reporting, and presentation materials to inform compensation strategy and leadership discussions
  • Support executive compensation activities, including data gathering, analysis, and preparation of materials such as the proxy statement used in governance-related processes
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs and respond to compensation-related questions
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects related to compensation programs and tools
  • Stay current on compensation trends, market practices, and relevant regulatory developments
  • Perform other duties and projects, as needed.
