The Executive Communications Manager role is a high-impact, strategic role within the Corporate Communications team. In this position, you will serve as a dedicated communications partner to the Office of the President and Chief Investment Officer team, shaping their public platform and defining global narratives around priority topics including technical infrastructure, economic opportunity of AI, digital skills development and AI literacy– anchoring to Google’s broader corporate narrative. This work blends creative storytelling, reputation management, and thought leadership. You will be responsible for supporting the development and refining of executive narratives, a social media editorial calendar, and coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders to land high-visibility moments. It's our job to help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders--and our own employees--about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values, and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. To succeed here, you'll combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy pitching to journalists, bloggers and commentators, or producing internal communications and events for our employees.
