Job SummaryWe are hiring an EXECUTIVE CHEF to join our F&B leadership team on the beautiful campus of BAYLOR UNIVERSITY. In this key culinary role, you will oversee The East Village Commons, which is an all-you-care-to-enjoy facility featuring global cuisines. Known for its dynamic, fresh-food concept, the two-story hall lets diners watch meals prepared in real-time. It also houses a central rotisserie, a full-service bakery, and a convenience store. This dining hall operates Monday through Friday for breakfast (7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.), lunch (10:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.), and dinner (4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) with limited dinner hours from 5-9 on Sunday. Mongolian Grill: A highly popular station serving custom stir-fry dishes. House-Made Pasta: Freshly made daily for rotating Italian and global menus.
