About The Position
Touchmark at Georgetown is currently seeking the right person to join our team as an Executive Chef! If you are looking for an opportunity to use your dining experience to enrich other people’s lives, we would love to meet you!
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment
- Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook
- Possess a valid food handler's card
- Be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods.
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
- willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen.
- Managing a team of kitchen staff.
