About The Position

Touchmark at Georgetown is currently seeking the right person to join our team as an Executive Chef! Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen
  • Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook
  • Possess a valid food handler's card
  • Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to work varied schedules in response to business needs
  • Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Be able to stay on your feet for long periods

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in culinary arts or related field

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen.
  • Manage a team of kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
