About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 4 for Erlanger Main in Chattanooga, TN. Erlanger Baroness Hospital is a 688-bed tertiary referral hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center serving a region of East Tennessee, North Georgia, North Alabama and western North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary background and experience delivering consistent high-quality food.

Requirements

• Oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product.
• Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC).
• Proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) is preferred.

• Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality.
• Manage food costing, controls and compliance.
• Develop menus and manage inventory.
