Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 for a 600 bed, two hospital acute care system located in Trenton and Hopewell Township, NJ. In this lead culinary role, you will direct and participate in all of the food production operations for their full-service Cafe, Catering and Patient Meal Services utilizing the speciality meal program "At Your Request". Responsibilities will include: menu planning, hands-on food prep, food & labor costing, inventory/purchasing, training, scheduling and supervision of 50 union and non-union hourly associates.
