Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years current experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale or Fine Dining restaurant; steakhouse background strongly preferred
- Must have prior Executive Chef experience in a steakhouse to be considered for this position
- High volume background - must have Executive Chef experience in establishments doing over $8-10 million in sales per year
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Executive Chef candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
- Previous experience with menu writing and costing

Responsibilities
- Oversee all back-of-house operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Recruit, train, and develop culinary staff while fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
- Implement new menu items, policies, and procedures, ensuring strict recipe adherence and top-tier food quality.
- Manage ordering, inventory, scheduling, and strong communication between front and back of house.
- Modernize the menu through from-scratch quarterly specials and innovative culinary updates.
