About The Position

Belfair is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary program and inspire its team. This role involves shaping the overall dining experience across the property, including the newly renovated Bistro and other outlets, within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Executive Chef will drive the execution of Belfair’s culinary strategy, bringing creativity, consistency, and strong leadership to elevate the member dining experience.

Requirements

7–10+ years of culinary experience, including senior leadership roles
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and culture
Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences
Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen operations
Ability to stay organized and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
ServSafe certification required

Nice To Haves

Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all culinary operations across the property
Execute the overall culinary vision and strategy in partnership with leadership
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution across all dining outlets
Develop menus that are seasonal, creative, and aligned with member preferences
Build, train, and mentor a strong kitchen leadership team
Manage food cost, labor, ordering, and inventory to meet financial goals
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Collaborate with front-of-house and leadership teams to deliver great member experiences
Continuously look for ways to improve offerings, operations, and team performance
