About The Position

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music. Our website: https://calvarycenter.com/ Position Summary and Duties This position ensures the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the facility’s goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services including patient nutrition and creating menus. The Executive Chef is responsible for ordering, planning, prepping, cooking, inventory management, staff oversight, training, mentoring, sanitation and general cleaning. Requirements

  • Must have at least two (3-5) years experience in quantity cooking, a basic knowledge of modified diets
  • Training in food service sanitation and possession of food service sanitation certification as required
  • Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment
