Superica Dunwoody is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Chef to lead the entire culinary team. This role directs the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen, including production, prep, special events, and purchasing/receiving. The Executive Chef ensures culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity for total guest satisfaction, while actively reviewing and evaluating daily guest feedback. This position oversees recipe execution and education for all culinary and service staff, directs food production and plating from the pass during service, trains line cooks, and meets or exceeds budgeted food cost percentages. A key priority is fostering an educational environment to develop culinary staff for future advancement.
