About The Position

We are seeking an expert in Korean Cuisine to lead a new Korean division or manage a Korean restaurant, likely Korean BBQ, similar to Cote in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to establish and drive a new culinary concept within a company that currently has no Korean restaurants among its 40 independent operations.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert in Korean Cuisine.
• Experience in leading or managing a restaurant or culinary division.
• Knowledge of Korean BBQ concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Korean descent is a plus but not required.
• Experience with concepts similar to Cote in New York City.
