Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent leadership experience in a professional kitchen
  • 3–5 years of culinary management experience
  • Proven skills in menu creation, food ordering, and inventory management
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • A passion for creativity, consistency, and exceeding guest expectations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen and back-of-house operations, ensuring high food quality and consistency
  • Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
  • Develop menus and recipes that align with brand standards and guest preferences
  • Manage food and labor costs while upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Partner with F&B leadership on banquets, special events, and restaurant promotions
