About The Position

The Deshantz Restaurant Group has been leading the Pittsburgh culinary scene for the last two decades, offering innovative culinary approaches in diverse concepts throughout the city. This position could be based out of mulitple restuarants, depending on the background and experience of the right candidate.

Requirements

  • A passionate ktichen professional with a history of executing operations
  • An understanding of restaurant finance and budgeting
  • Strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team
  • Creativity and dedication to assisting with creating menu, while upholding our values

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise all kitchen functions for the assigned spaces
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated BOH team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and elegance
  • Ensure a top-notch experience for each and every guest
  • Financial responsibility including budgeting, inventory, ordering, reviewing weekly and period reports.
  • Ensure all food safety rules are followed to the tee, and all staff are trained as such
