As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. This includes managing and leading a team of associates and ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are met for the account. You will also be responsible for planning and creating menus, purchasing and managing inventory, and rolling out new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams. Additionally, you will manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
