About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
  • Record vital signs and patient data
  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
