About The Position

As an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a designated dining account. This role provides leadership to culinary associates while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. You will manage daily operations and collaborate with culinary and marketing partners to support operational excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • High-volume production and catering experience required
  • Proven experience managing food costs and budgets
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance with a top-tier foodservice company

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of culinary associates
  • Oversee all food safety and sanitation standards for the account
  • Manage food cost controls and overall account expenditures
  • Plan, develop, and execute menus across service areas
  • Purchase food and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory controls
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the culinary and marketing teams
