About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for Currey Ingram Academy in Brentwood, TN. This role oversees the day‑to-day execution of menus and culinary deliverables. The Executive Chef is accountable for culinary operations, customer and client satisfaction, and key administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the culinary function, ensuring high‑quality food production.
  • Purchase ingredients and manage inventory, food cost analysis, menu compliance, and production forecasting.
  • Implement Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality expectations.
  • Develop, motivate, and coach team members to adopt new culinary techniques and innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
  • Utilize automated systems for food inventory, ordering, production, and management.
