About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for Currey Ingram Academy in Brentwood, TN. This role oversees the day‑to-day execution of menus and culinary deliverables. The Executive Chef is accountable for culinary operations, customer and client satisfaction, and key administrative responsibilities. What You'll Do Execute the culinary function, ensuring high‑quality food production. Purchase ingredients and manage inventory, food cost analysis, menu compliance, and production forecasting. Implement Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality expectations. Develop, motivate, and coach team members to adopt new culinary techniques and innovations. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards. Utilize automated systems for food inventory, ordering, production, and management. Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
