About The Position

CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a 5-star luxury beachfront resort located in a U.S. territory in the Pacific region. We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a dynamic culinary operation within a large-scale luxury environment, delivering refined guest experiences across multiple outlets and high-volume banquet operations. The Role The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across the resort, ensuring excellence in food quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role requires a strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational involvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Executive Sous Chef within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
  • Strong background in multi-outlet environments and significant banquet volume
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large culinary teams
  • Solid understanding of financial performance, food cost control, and P&L impact
  • Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. passport holder or U.S. permanent resident

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Asian culinary concepts or exposure to Asia-Pacific markets is an advantage
  • Strong leadership presence with a structured, disciplined, and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a large culinary brigade across multiple restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet operations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star luxury standards across all culinary offerings
  • Oversee menu development, seasonal updates, and culinary innovation
  • Drive cost control, food margin optimization, and menu engineering strategies
  • Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory control
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B leadership team to align culinary direction with the overall resort positioning
  • Develop talent through structured training, mentoring, and succession planning
  • Oversee large-scale events, weddings, and high-volume banquet functions
