About The Position
Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service. Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines. Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude. Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges. Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs, and enhance customer service levels. Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events. Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy. Assist with phone solicitation. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program adherence
