About The Position

As an Executive Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner and key advisor to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Trust Officer (CTO). This is a highly visible, high-impact role that transcends traditional administrative support. You will be integrated into the strategic rhythms of the Finance and Trust organizations, contributing to functional strategy development and leading complex projects to achieve departmental milestones. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with depth and breadth of knowledge to navigate a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will exercise independent judgment, resolve significant issues at an organizational level, and maintain a standard of excellence that drives better, faster, and smarter outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of related professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success supporting C-suite executives in a global growth environment.
  • Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
  • High degree of initiative to resolve complex issues where precedent may not exist.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional presence and influence senior management across multiple functional areas.
  • Deep fluency in GSuite, MS Office, and a commitment to building fluency in AI tools and concepts to drive productivity.
  • A seasoned professional with a full understanding of their specialization; capable of resolving highly complex issues through evaluation of identifiable and intangible factors.
  • Utmost discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive strategic and financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and strategically manage the CFO and CTO’s daily schedules, vetting high volumes of requests, understanding context and long-term objectives to discern priorities, and independently navigating complex schedule changes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of functional strategies, monitoring progress on key initiatives and OKRs, ensuring the leaders remain focused on top priorities.
  • Take ownership of travel planning and logistics for investor relations-related activities, including roadshows, conferences, and site visits, ensuring seamless execution of external-facing commitments.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and cross-functional workstreams, identifying optimization opportunities, planning implementation, and mitigating risks across the organization.
  • Lead the coordination of All-Hands, staff, and operational meetings, preparing agendas, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear communication of decisions across departments.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and oversight of associated expenses, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications and making autonomous decisions on behalf of the leaders where appropriate.
  • Analyze facilities-related and operational policies, suggesting and implementing enhancements to nurture a fun, productive, and inclusive environment.
  • Help execute employee experience initiatives (e.g., team outings, culture-building activities) to drive a positive, "One Sentinel" company culture.
