About The Position

The Executive Business Partner will serve as a crucial partner to the executive leadership team for our Digital and Retail teams. You’ll support our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC and independently manage everything from calendar and travel arrangements to running offsites and other special projects over time. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure the team operates at its best and nothing falls through the cracks. The EBP role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-6 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Because the role (and our exec team) is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, internally and externally. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to contribute to our company and build a trusted, long-term partnership with our leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of professional experience supporting senior leaders
  • Foresight: Ability to see (and plan) around corners; proactive. Ability to identify and fix problems before anyone else. Ability to enhance outcomes by planning for every scenario.
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback: Thrives in high-accountability environments. Leads with kindness and offers, listens, and has direct dialogue daily. Implements feedback quickly.
  • Multitasking skills: Manages multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously, context-switches quickly based on shifting demands. Meticulous tracker, can pivot and stay composed when things change.
  • Creative problem solver and resilient: Finds solutions to difficult situations. Stays steady under pressure.
  • Clear and professional communication skills: Tailors tone to any audience. Exercises sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information. Tactfully navigates requests.
  • Curiosity about AI and experimentation: Actively explores how AI tools can sharpen work. Not afraid to try new things. Excited by the evolution of AI and its impact on EA roles.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all work is executed with accuracy and care

  • Lead logistics for offsite events & retreats — including retail store walks, day trips to our manufacturer, and team trips — coordinating group transport, vendors, venues, agendas, and attendees from planning through day-of execution
  • Leverage knowledge of the business, executives' priorities, and key stakeholders — translating that context into sharp judgment and proactive support
  • Drive team connectivity and employee engagement by planning events, sending gifts, coordinating team building activities, etc.
  • Be a positive ambassador by consistently acting in a way that leaves people with a positive perception of the company while truly embodying our values
