•$186,000 - $217,000

About The Position

We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to support Adena Hefets and Janine Korovesis as DeployCo builds and scales. This person will keep both leaders organized, prepared, and moving quickly as priorities, teams, and operating rhythms take shape. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong administrative fundamentals who enjoys bringing structure to a changing environment. You will own day-to-day coordination, anticipate needs, and keep commitments moving without requiring leaders to manage every detail. You should be comfortable making routine decisions independently, creating simple systems where needed, and recognizing when a consequential trade-off requires a leader’s input.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative fundamentals
  • Ability to bring structure to a changing environment
  • Comfort making routine decisions independently
  • Ability to create simple systems where needed
  • Ability to recognize when a consequential trade-off requires a leader’s input
  • Experience managing complex calendars
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events
  • Experience managing domestic and international travel
  • Experience gathering relevant context and coordinating pre-reads/briefing materials
  • Experience establishing and maintaining routines, trackers, templates, and action logs
  • Ability to anticipate recurring needs, identify gaps, and improve workflows
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and attention to access, timing, and audience
  • Ability to partner closely with Operations, peer EBPs, and teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for two leaders, resolving routine conflicts, protecting focus time, and surfacing meaningful trade-offs with clear options.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, recruiting conversations, customer and partner engagements, planning sessions, and team events. Keep logistics, materials, attendees, and follow-through aligned.
  • Manage domestic and international travel across time zones, often with short notice or changing plans, in partnership with travel support where available.
  • Keep leaders prepared by gathering relevant context, coordinating pre-reads and briefing materials, and confirming that meetings have clear objectives and the right participants.
  • Establish and maintain lightweight routines, trackers, templates, and action logs that make priorities and commitments visible.
  • Anticipate recurring needs, identify gaps, and improve workflows when the same friction appears repeatedly.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and attention to access, timing, and audience.
  • Partner closely with Operations, peer EBPs, and the leaders’ teams to share relevant context, clarify ownership, and ensure work moves smoothly across teams.
