Overview: Blackhawk is seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent Executive Business Partner to CEO. This role serves as the central coordination point for the Office of the CEO, ensuring seamless operations, effective execution of priorities, and high‑quality communication internally and externally. This leader will manage core Executive Assistant responsibilities while also acting as a thought partner to the CEO, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excels at balancing strategic thinking with exceptional execution. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite in Pleasanton, California.
