About The Position

The Executive Business Partner will serve as a strategic right-hand to the Product & Design leadership, enabling maximum impact by managing communications, schedules, and operational projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and business-savvy professional who can anticipate needs, streamline priorities, and execute high-profile initiatives. You will act as an extension of leadership, facilitating alignment across teams, driving cross-functional projects, and supporting events, off-sites, and company-wide initiatives. This position demands exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges while maintaining seamless execution. Your influence will ensure leadership focus remains on strategic priorities, while operational excellence and team efficiency are maximized.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience providing strategic administrative or executive support to senior leadership
  • Advanced skills in calendar, travel, and email management, demonstrating strategic and proactive decision-making
  • Proven ability to quickly build business acumen to support leadership prioritization and provide process improvement recommendations
  • Track record of delivering medium- to large-scale projects and events from ideation through execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Comfortable driving ambiguous work forward in a fast-paced, start-up environment and creating clarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and reliably in a remote-first setting
  • Demonstrated openness to learning, giving and receiving feedback, and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier support for calendar, email, and travel management, ensuring leaders’ time is optimized
  • Build a deep understanding of leadership OKRs and priorities, proactively advising on time allocation and workflow
  • Act as an extension of leadership by anticipating needs, driving administrative and operational projects, and “seeing around corners”
  • Plan and execute cross-functional projects, internal and external events, off-sites, and team gatherings
  • Partner with other Executive Business Partners to coordinate company-wide initiatives and strategic projects
  • Maintain exemplary trust and communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
