This role serves as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive leadership team. It blends high-level executive support with Chief of Staffâlite responsibilities, including business rhythm management, executive coordination, and strategic project support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-savvy, discreet, and comfortable operating in close partnership to senior leadership, the board, and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment and enjoys solving problems that donât yet have a clear owner. This role is anticipated to be approximately 60% executive support and cadence ownership and 40% cross-functional coordination and strategic projects.
