About The Position

The Center for Intelligent Water (CIW) Manager at Xylem is responsible for leading the CIW experience program. This role works with Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership to create customer engagements that deepen trust, accelerate opportunities, and reinforce Xylem's leadership in solving critical water challenges. The CIW program aims to connect customers, partners, and Xylem experts to explore challenges, accelerate decisions, and strengthen relationships that drive progress on water issues.

Requirements

8–12 years of experience in executive briefing centers, customer experience programs, enterprise marketing, or related fields
Proven experience working with senior leaders and executive customers
Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

Own the overall Center for Intelligent Water program strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
Establish goals, success metrics, and performance reporting.
Own Center performance reporting and business impact measurement.
Develop processes, standards, and governance for customer engagements and executive briefings.
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Innovation, Brand, and Executive Leadership.
Champion adoption and utilization of the Center across the organization.
Measure Center utilization, customer satisfaction, engagement outcomes, and business impact.
Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in executive briefing and customer experience programs.
Manage Center operating budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and long-term capability development.
