About The Position
The Executive Branch Associate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying automobile loan applications and communicating with loan applicants and dealerships regarding the loan application process. The Executive Branch Associate will also have heavy involvement in the new loan originations process and/or direct communications with our dealers and Sales & Marketing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the subprime consumer or auto lending industry.
- Effective customer service oriented communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work a flexible work schedule, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct application audits during the funding stage.
- Review and pre-approve applications during the underwriting stage.
- Verify loan application information by ordering credit, employment, and earnings reports; mail verification forms; and contact verification sources.
- Conduct interviews and employment/residence verification for loan applicants.
- Process new dealer applications and dealer signups.
- Responsible for dealer support, account maintenance, dealer score card preparation, buybacks, late title collection, and funds release.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Accurately document accounts with any pertinent information and/or updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
