Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; high level familiarity with Excel desired.
  • Strong planning and detailed follow up ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions with little supervision.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and diligence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage files, records, and data entry.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
  • Creates and maintains database(s), spreadsheet files, and other records.
  • Serve as department Learning and Safety Training Coordinator.
  • Initiate and track purchase requisitions.
  • Coordinate and track work authorization agreements.
  • Initiate and track subconsultant agreements.
  • Assist with platform management (e.g., Cvent, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
