About The Position

The Executive Assistant at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism plays a vital role in supporting the Founder and CEO and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization. This position involves a blend of administrative support, project management assistance, and communication tasks, all aimed at facilitating the center’s mission to provide exceptional care for individuals with autism.

Requirements

  • High School, GED, or higher education.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software – G-suite platform
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure proper documentation of important information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication among team members and facilitate information flow.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Support community outreach efforts as needed.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
