About The Position

PADO AI Orchestration, Inc., a groundbreaking new venture born out of LG Electronics and backed by LG NOVA, is revolutionizing GPU utilization and energy management for AI data centers. We are on a mission to maximize "Compute Per Megawatt" by bridging the gap between infrastructure constraints and the explosive demand for AI-driven compute. Leveraging proprietary AI and machine learning, PADO provides the intelligent orchestration layer that optimizes power consumption, with increased GPU utilization enhancing site resiliency, shifting data centers from static facilities to energy-aware assets. With the strategic backing of LG—a global leader in BESS storage, high-efficiency chillers, and liquid cooling—PADO provides an orchestration layer supported by LG’s world-class infrastructure expertise. We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to join our team and support our executives. This role is based in West Virginia and is a full-time role.

Requirements

5+ years Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a Sales/Marketing environment within a B2B organization.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads supporting multiple executives
Succinct and clear communication aligned with needs, questions, goals to ensure deliverables are met on time and on target.
Knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, Videoconferencing tools and Slack.
Strong attention to detail—accuracy in numbers, logistics, and communication.
Proactive, strong agency, always looking for ways to help and improve processes.
Project management skill/ability to prioritize work and balance multiple work streams.
Extremely strong interpersonal skills and judgement
Exceptional ethical standards, empathy, sense of humor and the ability to work with diverse personalities
Reliable and accessible, available in the office during normal working hours with the ability to manage multiple time zones (Pacific, Eastern) and available during off hours, as required.

Understanding HR / PEO tools like Ramp, Justworks is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and own scheduling internal and external meetings using insight and exercising judgement as needed.
Coordinate logistics for customer and partner meetings, conferences, and events, and assist with the preparation of customer presentations, briefings, reports and meeting materials.
Prioritize and prepare leaders for meetings, such as preparing materials for customer meetings, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring maximum time efficiency and effectiveness while complying with Pado’s travel policies.
Lead employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
Interact with C-Level executives and Board members to coordinate committee meetings and other business critical interactions.
Handle business details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Manage department purchases on company credit cards and reconcile monthly spending with our finance team.
Resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
