Requirements

Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Eager to learn and grow (in marketing or management area)
Fluency in English language

Responsibilities

Manage the calendar, meetings (agendas, notes), documents and document structures, reviews, follow-up actions, travel
Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication
Supporting team procedures & helping establish new ones
Communication support with external partners, partner search
Support marketing project tracking, progress
Reporting of key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information
Reporting to CMO
And other assignment tasks
