We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple senior leaders within the Tax, Accounting & Audit Professionals business segment, including leaders across Tax Workflow, Business Integration, Sales, and other senior leadership functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can manage competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and strong follow-through. Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and day-to-day administrative needs. Coordinate internal and external meetings across global time zones, including leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, town halls, and cross-functional sessions. Prepare, edit, and organize executive communications, presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment with confidential information. Track priorities, deadlines, action items, and deliverables to help leaders stay organized, prepared, and aligned. Partner with other executive assistants, administrative teams, and cross-functional partners to support team operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and leadership rhythms. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, communication flow, scheduling efficiency, and overall executive support.
