Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of executive-level support, or 10+ years of combined education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with discretion and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive offices with company of similar size, scale, scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an administrative partner to the President’s office, proactively identifying priorities, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Prepare executive presentations, memos, and briefing materials while managing confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Manage multiple workstreams including calendar management, expense reporting, budget administration, and executive deliverables.
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and leadership priorities.
  • Gather information, analyze data, and present insights to enable informed decision-making.
  • Manage and prioritize the President’s schedule to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Coordinate complex global travel arrangements.
  • Coordination, planning, and execution of leadership meetings and high-impact engagements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President’s office and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication and ensure leadership priorities are executed effectively.
