Executive Assistant: Senior Executive Support — Founding Principal

Landmark HospitalityPlainfield, NJ
$65,000 - $85,000Hybrid

About The Position

This is a senior Executive Assistant role supporting one of By Landmark’s founding Principals. You will be the person who makes leadership run — managing a complex calendar, anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked for, and operating with the discretion and judgment that come from real experience in high-level executive support. You will work in close partnership with the other Principal’s Executive Assistant and the broader support team to keep executive operations running smoothly across the portfolio. Your home base is our Plainfield, NJ office, and you will travel to Landmark properties as the work requires. Some personal support for the Principal, primarily related to travel and business-adjacent functions, is part of the role. The right person for this job is polished but not precious, organized but adaptable, and confident enough to take initiative without needing to be told when to step in.

  • Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, executive gatherings, and travel — including itineraries and accommodations for both business and personal needs
